  • In addition to mentoring and guiding Cybersecurity Analysts, the SOC Cybersecurity Senior Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and improving the following technology domains in place at Webster:
  • Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) review.
  • Alert triage.
  • Data Protection Domain: includes DLP, URL Content filtering, CASB.
  • Insider Threat detection and analysis.
  • Endpoint Threat Detection: includes EDR capabilities, traditional antivirus, asset management, and familiarity with baseline and configuration management tools.
  • Next Generation Firewalls and/or IDS/IPS.
  • Threat Hunting & Threat Intelligence. o Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP).
  • Malware sandbox technologies & interpreting results.
  • Incident Response tools, process, and capabilities.
  • Splunk Enterprise Security experience desired.
  • Experience or deep understanding of vulnerability and or configuration management.
  • Independent Project work
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7 plus years working within Cybersecurity field
  • Proven technical proficiency in the form of independent research and projects.
  • Proficiency with the identification, triage, and analysis of security events using a SIEM.
  • Demonstrated understanding of attacker methodology.

  • The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.

The Endpoint Detection and Protection team has the herculean task of assuring that customers can safely shop with peace of mind knowing their data and information will be safe and secure. As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Endpoint Detection and Protection team, your role will own a project(s), product(s), and/or a service(s) from end to end.  The expectation for experience would be hands-on experience with Tanium, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint,  and/or EDR solutions in general. Advanced knowledge PowerShell, python, or other scripting languages. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Windows workstation, Mac, RHEL, and Ubuntu. Understanding of infrastructure deployments. Familiarity with Various cloud and virtualization platforms.

  • Work directly with MDE and Tanium planning, scoping, testing, and deploying agents and new features.
  • Leverage standard deployment tools to roll out functionality into the environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 3 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC, Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 1 year’s experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Summary Information about the Role and Company Overview

The Business Change Lead (BCL) is responsible for the organization, leadership, and delivery of the portfolio of change and strategic initiatives within their respective Line of Business. Additional responsible for working with peers across the Enterprise to collectively deliver against Truist Strategic Initiatives, where applicable. The BCL will lead the prioritization, sequencing, and the financial management of change sponsored by their Organization for delivery and take enterprise-wide initiatives into consideration through a collaborative approach.

  • Lead the development, organization, planning, and implementation of strategic change and transformational initiatives
  • Accountable for providing transparency into portfolio roadmap, status, risks, and outcomes
  • Responsible for executing on behalf of the senior leadership representing applicable strategies and priorities ensuring coordination across business units and technology partners
  • Represent line of business, as needed, on Truist enterprise-wide strategic projects within Truist Enterprise Change & Transformation operating model (i.e. governance, cadences, and processes); provide leadership as a subject matter expert to serve as single point of contact for respective Organization
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to effectively execute change championed by, or dependent on, the BCLs respective Organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and ten years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Technology or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective
  • Deep knowledge and experience in change management design, implementation, execution and success measurements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating the ability to translate business strategies and emerging external trends to organizational and operational tactics.
  • Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems
  • Demonstrated leadership and a history of managing high performing teams
  • Ability to plan effectively across multiple domains with a number of key stakeholders
