The Director of Customer Implementation & Success will lead and oversee the Customer Implementation Specialist team within KnowBe4. This leadership role is responsible for driving seamless customer onboarding, ensuring technical excellence, and enabling customers to achieve their desired outcomes with our KnowBe4 platform. The Director will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Engineering to continuously optimize the customer experience and drive long-term success.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Implementation Specialist team.
  • Drive the development and execution of scalable onboarding and implementation processes to ensure timely and successful customer go-lives.
  • Oversee the delivery of technical solutions and strategic guidance to customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Customer Success and cross-functional teams to define and execute customer success strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to implementation timelines, customer adoption, and satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for technical solution delivery and implementation excellence.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer implementation and technical challenges.
  • Drive alignment between the Implementation and Success Architecture teams to deliver a seamless and unified customer experience.
  • Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in customer implementation, solution architecture, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding processes, technical solution delivery, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.

The Basics:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will be an integral part of a team charged with providing the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is insightful and actionable. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role. Your responsibilities will influence decision making at the Chief Customer Officer, SVP of Solution Engineering and Customer Success, CFO, and Finance Leadership level. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling/analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced/high-growth environment.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Finance.

  • Build/improve business unit capacity models, management reporting, and analysis that provides relevant and insightful information for key decision making.
  • Own quarterly forecasting and annual planning for expenses, headcount, and other resources for business partner teams.
  • Track key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the health of the business.
  • Prepare high-quality business analyses, insights, and modeling on ad hoc projects for the SVP Solution Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end corporate reporting requirements.
  • Analyze financial results, distill and synthesize key trends, assess current and future business risk, and communicate key messages to executive leadership.
  • Drive improvements within existing financial models and develop best in class models and analysis, across the Finance organization.
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts to continuously improve data quality and establish rigor in measuring and monitoring the business.
  • Comfortable working in high growth environments and having to operate in ambiguity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or excelled academically in their respective major.
  • 4+ years of strategic finance and FP&A experience, investment banking/management consulting, or experience at a high-growth technology company.
  • Advanced in Excel and experience building sophisticated financial models.
  • Advanced in PowerPoint and experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar finance forecasting systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly craft precise and elegant responses. Ability to communicate with a c-suite and institutional investor audience.

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 to $195,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
