We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue generation for our analytical-driven SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales with a focus on Fraud, Risk, and Identity solutions. The candidate should be well-versed in consultative sales processes, B2B SaaS, and possess a deep understanding of goal-oriented, customer-centric/solution selling principles.

  • Drive sales efforts and surpass revenue targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.
  • Develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline by building new networks and expanding existing ones, ensuring a steady flow of leads.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensuring customer success post-sale.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve sales quotas and goals while effectively managing accounts and/or channels.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Leverage experience in selling to large enterprises in the region and develop strategies to build and expand geographical or vertical territories.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically in the areas of complex data analytics, big data, machine learning, fraud, risk, identity, and security.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand new-to-market products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
  • Display proficiency in forecasting commitments with high accuracy to support effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and prospects and build strong relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of experience in successfully selling analytical-driven SaaS solutions, particularly to enterprise customers across various verticals selling Fraud, Risk, and Identity.
  • Master-level knowledge of consultative sales processes and B2B SaaS, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in building and managing a Channel model, which will be helpful in expanding our market reach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in complex data analytics, big data, machine learning, fraud, risk, identity, and security to provide industry-specific insights to clients.
  • Prior experience in the startup space and familiarity with new-to-market products and solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients at various levels.

What we are looking for:

Semperis is looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager, USA based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to join our team.

  • Design a success plan for a Book of Business of strategic and SCALE customers throughout their lifecycle. From onboarding and implementation through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal, you will guide your customer down the path of success every step of the way to reach their business objectives and operational goals.
  • You will be empowered to achieve and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gather insights to provide feedback to internal teams including our Product Development team. Collaborate on new developments to ensure the product suits our client’s needs.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs and is being used widely enough to have concrete impact on our customers' operations.
  • Monitor recordkeeping to ensure that relevant customer information is captured to enable informed, personalized customer interactions with Semperis Support, Customer Success (CS), Sales, etc.
  • Develop and execute programs for ongoing customer development (health checks, product upgrades, workshops, etc.)
  • Identify potential customer references and assist with development of customer case studies
  • Gain and maintain an understanding of Semperis technology, products, and services
  • In addition to managing an assigned customer segment, assist with development and enhancement of processes and systems for the overall Semperis CS program

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager, technical account manager, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
  • Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an essential understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Entra
  • 3+ years of experience working with C-level Executives that includes meetings, high-level presentations, and collaborative discussions
  • Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proactive; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipate customer needs and have solutions ready when they are
  • Intellectually curious; driven to expand the cybersecurity domain and professional expertise
  • Responsive and adaptive to changing situations
  • Genuine desire to work with customers.

  • Experience with SFDC, and Active Directory

You will be part of a distributed agile team building a new SaaS platform that underpins a suite of enterprise applications solving a variety of hard data analytics and enterprise problems. You will ensure that the framework and products we develop meet the established design, implementation, and quality goals.

  • Be a part of a globally distributed team of backend engineers Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve current graph database solutions while architecting innovative solutions to build Securiti's Graph-based Data Security Platform

  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in graph design and graph databases

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of building highly available and scalable Enterprise SaaS applications
  • Familiarity or work with an IAM or RBAC system (Apache Ranger, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, home-grown policy engine, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience working with Graph databases, preferably with AWS Neptune
  • Non-SQL database experience (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Professional development experience in GoLang, Python, or Java
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Experience with Microservices and REST-based HTTP/2 architectures
  • High level of energy, teamwork, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building distributed systems
  • Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elasticsearch) technologies
  • Experience with Containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
