  • Provide information and documentation that enables malware detection, signature creation and mitigation
  • Aid in the reverse engineering of the electrical, communication, and computer systems to determine the function of each system and sub-systems
  • Provide direct client support to the customer in the development of analysis and test plans
  • Support the reverse engineering of the electrical systems including power generation, conversion, and distribution system; and guidance system including circuits, instruments, physical and structural
  • Support software analysis efforts including identification and function of guidance algorithms, data tables and input and output signals
  • Support laboratory testing of subsystems including the development of test plans and post-test data analysis
  • Support modeling and simulation efforts to translate reverse engineering findings into meaningful results
  • Document all results in the final technical report including subsystem physical and functional descriptions
  • Support technical discussions and briefings to the technical community, to include the development and presentation of technical briefing summaries of the in-depth analysis and test results
  • Willing to learn about the various disciplines that encompass reverse engineering

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience and a Doctoral degree or nine (9) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or (11) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or (13) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree required.
  • Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Relevant experience must be in malware reverse engineering
  • Working knowledge of IDApro
  • CISSP, GIAC GREM or CREA Certification required
  • Information Assurance Certification may be required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Malware analysis skills
  • Debugger knowledge mandatory
  • Ghidra is nice to have

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Customer Success to lead our team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs). This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from ZeroFox solutions by overseeing customer engagement strategies, optimizing the customer journey, and aligning customer success operations with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for customer advocacy, technical proficiency, and continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CSMs to drive customer retention and growth
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and career development plans for team members
  • Foster a culture of proactive customer engagement and technical excellence
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives

Customer Strategy & Engagement

  • Develop and refine customer success playbooks and engagement models to ensure customers maximize the value of ZeroFox solutions
  • Oversee customer onboarding, platform adoption, and ongoing success initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to enhance customer outcomes

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Drive process improvements to reduce customer friction and create a seamless experience
  • Implement standardized configuration playbooks and automation tools to enhance platform adoption and efficiency
  • Utilize data analytics to measure customer engagement and optimize workflows
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop AI-enabled support and self-service enhancements

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs and continuous improvement
  • Advocate for customer needs by translating feedback into actionable product enhancements
  • Align Customer Success initiatives with business objectives, ensuring efforts contribute to revenue growth and customer retention

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of platform configuration, technical troubleshooting, and SaaS onboarding processes.
  • Experience with customer success automation, AI-driven support tools, and proactive churn mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and trends to drive proactive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Skill with various workflow tools: JIRA, SQL, SalesForce, Google Apps, Zendesk.
  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber, or other similar background
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, Security+
  • Propensity to thrive on change and general dissatisfaction with the “status quo” founded on the belief that great is better than good
  • Past experience working in customer success, technical support, configuration and / or training capacity

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join and be a key member of Socure’s Growth team. In this role, you'll own major financial existing accounts, drive sales, ongoing, consultative relationships and be the face of Socure throughout the post-sales customer journey - from onboarding to implementation to renewal - and create and implement strategic account plans focused on enterprise-wide deployments of products and services.   • Partner with our Direct and Channel Sales Teams to develop, scale, and grow our post-sales Account Management function
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and successfully establish relationships throughout the customer’s organization
  • Identify expansion and up-sell opportunities, new use cases, and play a key role in renewing enterprise customer contracts
  • Manage time-to-revenue timelines following contract signing, including product delivery, integration between customer infrastructure and company SaaS service, and sign-offs
  • Coordinate technical resources needed for up-sell opportunities and support issues, and own status reporting to support revenue projections
  • Act as an escalation point for renewals strategy, critical account issues, and ongoing account planning
  • Analyze customer data to identify and propose new ideas and processes to prevent issues and increase product usage
  • Quickly absorb new information via Socure University training program and external sources to become an expert on our solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Account Management, with at least three years as a Strategic Account Manager, or similar role
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and leading the relationship at all levels of the institution from executive to business owners
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action
  • A self-starter approach to work and the ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly changing circumstances

  • Salesforce knowledge
  • SaaS background
  • Analytical capabilities and the ability to tell a story with data

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $150,000-160,000

OTE Salary range: $225,000-$235,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus. This position is eligible for a generous sales incentive bonus.
