Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Director of Technical Enablement and Education to spearhead our global technical enablement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute comprehensive programs that elevate the proficiency of our internal teams, partners, and clients. Your efforts will ensure that all stakeholders possess the expertise to effectively sell, implement, support, and expand Securiti’s cutting-edge solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of technical enablement at Securiti, driving impactful change across our diverse ecosystem.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking technical enablement strategy that aligns with Securiti’s mission and business objectives.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver dynamic training curricula and certification programs tailored for various audiences, including sales, pre-sales, professional services, customer success, and support teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive and effective enablement initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging educational materials, such as e-learning modules, webinars, documentation, and hands-on labs, ensuring they reflect the latest product advancements and industry trends.
  • Channel Enablement: Empower our global and regional partners—including system integrators, cloud partners, resellers, and ISVs—by providing them with the tools and knowledge to drive success within their markets.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Advocacy and Feedback: Serve as the voice of learners, advocating for enhancements in training content, tools, and processes based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading technical enablement or education programs within the enterprise SaaS sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, governance, and compliance domains.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a passion for fostering learning and development.

  • Technical Marketing Strategy - Develop, continuously refine, and execute the technical marketing plan for critical accounts to drive engagement and sales
  • Content Creation - Create, maintain, and deliver effective technical tools, whitepapers, demos, videos, and technical training for sales teams, customers, and partners

  • Technical Documentation - Document technical concepts to ensure our products are well understood and utilized to their fullest potential
  • Competitive Lab Setup - Setup and maintain a competitive test lab, including test harness, competitive products, and automation environment
  • Product Testing - Configure and test competitive products, evaluating their strengths in security efficacy and product features
  • Own the technical product areas in Prisma Access/SSE/SASE domain.
  • Customer Focus - Maintain a passion for the customer journey, user experience, and usability with a knack for simplicity

Required Qualifications

  • Experience - 5+ years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer in the network/cybersecurity field or as a DevOps/Solution Architect, preferably for networking or data security products with focus on RUM, Observability, DEM, or APM is a plus
  • Technical Proficiency - Automation experience with Java/Python, SASE/SSE expertise - SWG, CASB, DLP, FWaaS protocols, Threat Protection, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure knowledge - GCP, AWS, Azure
  • Agility - Ability to deliver high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Networking Knowledge - Prior experience with networking; cloud security experience is an added advantage
  • Track Record - Proven track record of creating products from concept to market success
  • User Experience Focus - Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies
  • Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and trade show experience - Capable of communicating at both business and technical levels with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives
  • Customer Advocacy - Strong customer advocacy skills with experience in handling difficult customer situations

  • Provide leadership in financial analysis, supporting stakeholders with strategic insights and monthly financial reporting, including trend analysis and variance explanations.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets, partnering closely with business units to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Lead month-end close processes and foster strong relationships with business owners to support financial oversight and strategic planning.
  • Oversee analysis and reporting of company ARR, key subscription metrics, and subscription KPIs including churn and retention rates.
  • Lead collaboration with the Business Applications team to enhance reporting and streamline processes for sales and marketing metrics.
  • Develop and manage detailed financial models to understand customer dynamics, forecast bookings, and analyze their impact on financial outcomes.
  • Direct management of revenue, billings, and cash collections, maintaining detailed waterfalls for subscription contracts.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing spend and commission expenses using CaptivateIQ to optimize budget and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in finance roles within subscription/software companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including software implementation and ERP systems.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and CaptivateIQ.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing pressures, and meeting strict deadlines.
