The Product Operations Manager will manage cross-functional partnerships with multiple operations teams, product, and engineering to improve the quality of our processes, products, readiness, and maturity of our product operations.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, analytical, team-oriented and has excellent communication and organizational skills. They will come with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and changing business environment.

  • Partner with our Product teams to build, manage and streamline our product management processes across our product life cycle.
  • Understand product operations challenges, needs, and priorities to improve and simplify programs.
  • Manage and optimize usage of the Product tech stack for roadmap planning & product feedback, as well as integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Support our team’s collection and analysis of Product usage data.
  • Provide clarity in ambiguous situations to ensure stakeholders are aligned with outcomes.
  • Take a creative approach to solving problems, keeping abreast of trends and innovative technologies to optimize the function and Product team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in building and executing a program or operational process from the ground up, including design, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent business judgment and problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Ability to build working relationships across all functions, with strong influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations is preferred.
  • Additional experience in Product Management, TechOps or Strategic Program Management would be beneficial.
  • Experience working in the enterprise software industry preferred.
  • Experience managing complex operational and strategic initiatives and partnering effectively on cross-functional projects.

Note: This role is Hybrid in office 3 days per week

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $260,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.

In addition to an annual base salary, team members will receive equity awards and a generous benefits package consisting of medical, dental and vision plan, family planning benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, transportation savings account, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, life, accident and disability coverage, business travel accident insurance, employee assistance programs, disability insurance, and other well-being benefits.

Role Overview:

The Vice President of Global Talent, Performance, and Culture is a strategic leader responsible for driving the organization’s talent strategy, performance management, and cultural transformation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer This role will focus on developing and executing initiatives that develop and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s values and business objectives.
