  • Work with other team members to translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets and business problems into elegant, intuitive multi-dimensional models
  • Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
  • Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and team
  • Develop model documentation
  • Participate in data integration and migration solutions
  • Lead UAT testing and deployment
  • Maintain Opportunity Model infrastructure for developed models and make changes based on line of business feedback
  • Build and maintain new models for future phases of the system implementation
  • Lead data stewardship efforts across source systems and Pigment
  • Liaison with multiple teams that include Sales Operations, IT teams and Finance and Operations users
  • Conduct administrative tasks as needed associated with the Pigment platform
  • Research data questions that arise from regular usage of the platform
  • User support on calculations/logic to address any questions that arise
  • Identify business requirements and build user stories to support enhancements for the platform
  • Training new users on the Pigment platform

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Model building / Development for Pigment or Anaplan
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in efficiently designing and maintaining complex models
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
  • Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
  • Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Level 2, Level 3 Certification in Anaplan or Pigment Certification
  • Familiarity with basic data integration scripting concepts and ETL technologies
  • Experience building models in a Sales environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or other sales systems and tools is a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $0 - $0/YR. The Role

As a Staff Content Designer, you’ll ensure the words we use keep people safe by design. Using user-centered design methods, empathy, logic, and data, you will plan and create the content that users interact with when they use Okta products. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and researchers to concept, design, test, and deliver user experiences that solve the needs of Okta customers. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality, AA-level accessibility, and localization standards.

You’ll sit on the Okta Design Team. The Okta Design team consists of Design, UX Research, and visual and content design. Collectively, they play an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform our work. We collaborate closely with each other as well as with Engineering and Product Managers to create industry-leading products that deliver value for our customers.

  • Create a cohesive narrative and consistent voice across the product experience
  • Own content from concept to implementation, including naming features/products, defining navigation labels, and creating taxonomies as needed.
  • Guide users with clear, consistent UI copy for key product flows—including onboarding, empty states, buttons, links, promos, status messages, notifications, settings, and alt text
  • Own content for projects from concept to implementation, prioritizing projects in collaboration with the Principal Content Designer
  • Collaborate regularly with designers, researchers, technical writers, product managers, and engineers—as well as with legal and marketing as-needed
  • Partner with program managers, designers, and researchers to create efficient content design workflows
  • Create content stimuli with the research team to test and ensure content resonates with users
  • Present work regularly to design teams and cross-functional partners to create awareness and understanding of content design processes, recommendations, and results
  • Contribute to the Okta Odyssey Design System, establishing reusable copy patterns for components, templates, and flows
  • Educate cross-functional partners on the role and capabilities of Content Design
  • Conduct content audits and user research to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create content stimuli with the research team to test and ensure that content resonates with users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in web or product content development
  • Deep expertise in content design, UX writing, and information architecture. You can create content strategies that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • A track record of solving complex problems. You thrive in ambiguity and can align stakeholders around clear, scalable solutions.
  • Strong facilitation skills. You can lead cross-functional discussions, run workshops, and guide teams through structured problem-solving.

  • You are a forward thinker, with a history of crafting design solutions that consider future states and scalability, contributing to long-term product strategy.

The Enterprise Account Executive Opportunity

The successful Okta Account Executive is a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Account Executive who is passionate about security and about driving protection against the biggest identity threats.

Okta’s Enterprise Sales Team manages the sales process for medium-sized customers. The team organizes and conducts sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations to prospects and represents Okta in a consistent, effective and professional manner to best develop and win new clients and current customers.

This role requires in-person onboarding and travel to our San Francisco, CA HQ office during the first week of employment.

  • Establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to net new logo pipeline generation
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support YoY territory growth
  • Identify, develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings
  • Identify, target and gain access to appropriate leaders in prospect accounts, building and cultivating your network of decision makers
  • Scope, negotiate and close agreements to consistently meet and exceed revenue quota targets
  • Holistically embrace, access, and utilize Okta partners to identify and open new, uncharted opportunities
  • Build and nurture effective working partnerships within your Okta ecosystem (xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First, etc)
  • Adopt a strong value based sales approach, always looking to bring a compelling point of view to each customer
  • Travel as necessary to build and cultivate customer and prospect relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products
  • Ability to evangelize, educate and create demand with C-level decision makers
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from both the customer base and within the internal ecosystem
  • Proven success selling into C-suite and building partnership and buy-in with multiple stakeholders
  • Significant experience selling in partnership with GSI’s & the wider partner ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with audiences of all levels and all technical aptitudes
  • Confident and self driven with the humility required to successfully work in teams
  • Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger or Sandler (we use MEDDPICC)

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable) and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
