  • Building, training and managing a global delivery team
  • Working cross-functionally with sales over the course of an engagement to ensure that customers are realizing the full value of the Securiti platform
  • Creating repeatable processes and customer facing deliverables that can be leveraged over the full lifecycle of a customer engagement that specifically tie to customer value
  • Defining and implementing a set of project metrics around both project profitability and customer value realization
  • Working cross-functionality with the product team to identify and prioritize product enhancements that arise over the course of an implementation as well enhancements which could improve the operational manageability of the Securiti platform
  • Working cross-functionally with the Sales and Renewals teams to document key business metrics, new uses cases, and post-deployment checkpoints that would be critical for maximizing renewal opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of work experience as a leader of a professional services delivery organization
  • In-depth understanding of technical support processes, playbooks and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with people management, project management and budgeting. Demonstrated success with hiring and developing technical support organizations.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track-record of collaborative success with customers, vendors, staff and internal business partners.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product engineering and support.
  • Up to 20% travel (domestic and international).

Job Description

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process with Enterprise-level customers. The TAM must be able to articulate the company's technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical and business issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

  • Identify and develop potential new business opportunities as well as uncover upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
  • Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Provide functional and technical support to customers
  • Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues
  • Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
  • Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, etc

Required Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong knowledge in security and compliance space: Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, Intrusion Detection Systems IDS, Intrusion Prevention Systems IPS, Network Scanners, PCI, Policy Compliance and Audit Tools, other enterprise security solutions
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports
  • Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, i.e., from C-level to front-line technical staff
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in variety of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues a plus: ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley SOX, etc.
  • 'Big 4' or similar consulting experience a plus

The Major Account Solutions Architect is responsible for penetrating enterprise level accounts from an advanced technical and strategic perspective.
