The Inside Channel Account Manager is a quota carrying, team oriented and experienced sales executive focused on directly driving the sale of Quest Platform Management Solutions with and through select partners. Inside Channel Account Managers have an entrepreneurial team spirit, can influence change, and want to leverage the many global resources available at Quest.   • Establish and maintain fruitful, professional relationships with strategic personnel at assigned Partners.
  • Coordinate the involvement of field account executives, support, services, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sell with partner organization to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Track registered opportunities through assigned partner accounts.
  • Closely coordinate company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of overall sales or management experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Experience building relationships with partners and working in partner ecosystems.
  • Has great relationship skills and strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of a partner, customer and internal Quest audience
  • Business and technical acumen with an ability to navigate organization layers
  • Maximize customer/partner facing activities with the ability to listen, understand and communicate strategic solutions, utilizing effective discovery techniques to uncover sales opportunities
  • Requires up to 25% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Overall knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack with software industries services and pricing practices, including audits, upgrades and maintenance
  • Experience using CRM system/SalesForce.com
  • Team-worker: Ability to share due credit with coworkers; display enthusiasm and promote an energetic and fun group working environment; works closely with multiple departments as needed; supports group decisions and solicits options/feedback from coworkers.

About the Role

As a QA Analyst for Keeper, you will be responsible for testing our backend applications, which have no user interface and are entirely script-driven. The role requires familiarity with multiple programming languages, cloud-based systems, and CI/CD pipelines. You will focus on functional testing, API testing, and script validation. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying the functionality of backend APIs, ensuring integration points with cloud platforms, and validating build scripts. You will collaborate with the development team to identify bugs, document test results, and support the continuous improvement of our testing practices.

  • Perform manual and automated testing on backend systems for Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) and Keeper Connections Manager (KCM), focusing on APIs and integration points.
  • Validate and test build scripts across various programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and .NET.
  • Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) to ensure proper build and deployment processes.
  • Test integration with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as identity and access management (IAM) solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, and Active Directory.
  • Test and validate bash scripts and automation workflows to ensure correctness and efficiency.
  • Report and track defects in Jira, providing clear documentation and detailed steps to reproduce issues.
  • Work closely with developers to understand product features, API endpoints, and requirements, and assist in identifying potential test cases.
  • Assist in improving test coverage and continuously refine QA processes to ensure the highest quality and reliability of the backend systems.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages including Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and .NET.
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Good working knowledge of bash scripting for system and process automation.
  • Understanding of backend API testing, including RESTful APIs and integration points.
  • Ability to work with cloud-based systems and various enterprise IAM solutions (Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory).
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow structured test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with serverless environments and cloud-based applications.

About the Position

The ideal Architect candidate has extensive experience as a consultant and comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The candidate must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, design solutions and then develop those within the Salesforce platform. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in an architect role.
  • 4+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • 4+ years’ experience with developing SQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
  • 1+ years’ experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • 1+ years’ experience with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques.
  • 4+ years’ experience documenting business problems/requirements, designing solutions and authoring technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications (two of): SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Developer, SFMC Consultant, SFMC Admin, SF CDP, SF Personalization (Interaction Studio), SF Intelligence (Datorama)
  • Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is preferred but not required.
