• Own the end-to-end user experience for projects, from conception to delivery.
• Create comprehensive prototypes and robust data visualizations to communicate the product vision effectively.
• Partner with product managers to understand product goals and ensure the best user experience.
• Work independently and take initiative to deliver on time, making appropriate compromises when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent prototyping and data visualization skills. Excel in creating comprehensive prototypes and data visualizations to communicate the product vision.
• Expertise in designing elegant solutions for complex workflows and articulating the design rationale.
• Receptive to feedback and critiques while maintaining strong UX principles and minimizing compromises due to technical constraints.
• Great time management and project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and pressing delivery schedules.
• Experience in augmenting common design system modules.
• Proactive in initiating improvements to product quality, including tests or process enhancements.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in using data to drive design decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Portfolio demonstrating design challenges and workflows that met business and design goals.
• BS/MS or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing products for security or IT users is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, iOS, and Android is a plus.

Compensation Disclosure

​

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $157000 - $182000/YR. • Deliver and drive UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the broader vision end to end over time
• Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, engineering, QA, researchers, and a UX writer to translate business requirements into use cases, flows, wireframes, and high fidelity designs
• Lead and collaborate with UX researchers on explorative and evaluative studies to enrich the product experience
• Excellent visual design and prototyping abilities that supports innovative and experimental design culture
• Contribute to a design system, maintain high quality UX standards for our products
• Push limits and consistently aim for better design solutions
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the design team

Required Qualifications:

• Understand user-centered design methodologies, have strong empathy for the users, and are committed to be their fierce advocate
• Have an extraordinary aesthetic sense for beautiful designs and pay attention to all the details
• Maintain constant curiosity on business aspects of the products, and utilize the knowledge to distill complex needs into elegant designs
• Strong time-management skills; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understand how the north star design concepts get broken down into iterative sprints
• Have a growth mindset and willingness to fail fast and learn
• Constantly seeks feedback to improve; Focussed on solving issues,

• The Senior Engineer - Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM) is responsible for implementing and maintaining PAM solutions that control and monitor access to critical systems and applications with elevated privileges, ensuring only authorized users can access sensitive data and perform privileged actions.
• This role involves discovery, onboarding & offboarding of privileged accounts, defining, building, testing, and deploying policies & templates, managing password rotations, configuring logging and monitoring, developing scripts, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with IT and security teams to mitigate security risks related to privileged access.
• Support IAM architects' designs, assist PAM Operations team in coordinating PAM solutions with company systems. This role demands an understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and standard methodologies.
• Collaborates with IAM Architects and Operations staff to implement and support comprehensive PAM technical solutions
• Collaborates with collaborators across the organization to identify and vault privileged accounts across all enterprise platforms
• Implements and supports advanced PAM capabilities such as password autorotation, session monitoring and recording, just in time access, etc.
• Supports and maintains Endpoint Privilege Management solutions
• Designs, tests, and deploys EPM client policies and controls using a Zero Trust model
• Facilitates PAM support by crafting docs, SOPs, training Ops team, mentoring junior IAM members
• Proactively researches relevant technologies, solutions, and system new features
• Shares findings and recommendations with architects, leaders, and multi-functional teams and helps drive implementation
• Ensures IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements
• Assist in the maintenance of IAM policies, standards, and procedures
• Assist Compliance in completing audit tasks and remediation efforts
• Ensures IAM security is aligned with United’s overall security and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IAM security strategy based on risk prioritization and business objectives

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 4+ years of experience working with IAM concepts and platforms
• Proficient experience with Enterprise Identity & Access Management core concepts, with a specialization in Privileged Access Management
• Proficient understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and standard methodologies, encompassing privileged account discovery & vaulting, service account standards, session management, DevOps secret management, and endpoint privilege management
• Experience implementing and maintaining modern PAM vendors and solutions such as Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or ManageEngine
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborative to achieve business outcomes
• Strong communication skills needed to collect data, listen actively, converse freely, and express ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Outstanding organization, problem resolution, and user documentation skills
• Proficient in promoting trust within the team and building positive relationships with colleagues throughout the organization
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
