Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years Java coding experience in full stack production applications.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing web development and operations teams.
• Proven expertise as a full-stack developer, with hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Extensive experience managing external-facing web properties with a focus on user experience, operational excellence, and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and deliver secure, stable platforms.

This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule

The pay range is $164,300 - $222,300.

​

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. Verisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.
