As the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager, you will be entrusted with building and owning strong relationships with partners, prospects and customers and evangelizing our value proposition with various stakeholders. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building high growth and repeatable business in your territory.

This is an amazing opportunity for a senior sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic company. Leveraging partners to drive growth, you will also work with systems engineering, customer success, product management, professional services, support, and finance teams. You would have 3-5 years recent experience in Enterprise Sales including Data Protection or Cyber Security, as well as a strong understanding and connections with channel partners covering this region.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account to develop relationships with key stakeholders, evangelize value proposition and win renewable business.
  • Offer a white-glove experience to customers. Be a trusted advisor for prospects and customers about the problem areas we solve. Develop expert-level knowledge of the value proposition.
  • Meticulously orchestrate all customer activities and engagements, involving systems engineering, product management, customer support, and finance.
  • Promptly share all customer information with internal teams using our CRM tools.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in your region.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of quarterly bookings and business plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing for important events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in information security and technology roles, with extensive experience in the healthcare sector including familiarity with healthcare data security practices, regulations, and standards.
  • Expertise in advanced security technologies (e.g., encryption, intrusion detection, DLP, incident response) and proficiency in security management tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP).
  • Strong understanding of security architecture and infrastructure design tailored for healthcare applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and HITECH, with experience ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing security team, with experience in talent management, training program development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ability to formulate and execute security strategies that align with business objectives and industry standards, driving transformational change and positioning the organization as a leader in healthcare data security.

ICS Cybersecurity Analyst position is an individual contributor role that is focused on performing the execution and support pertaining to cybersecurity including network, email, endpoint, cloud, advanced persistent threat, etc. This role requires knowledge and experience in IT security to apply a solid understanding of concepts with practical application to projects such as new security applications, implementation of security tools, support for existing security tools and security investigations. The ICS Cybersecurity Analyst is acquiring higher level knowledge while working with a moderate level of supervision.

  • Apply a strong knowledge of cyber security to all areas within the Eastman environment (security trends, cyber threats, insider risks, and security defenses)
  • Monitor security log monitoring systems and triage security alerts to identify cyber threats
  • Identify new ways to combine disparate cyber security data to create new detections and alerts
  • Perform system and network incident response, containment, and recovery activities
  • Participate in internal/external investigations that extend across multiple teams and document results
  • Apply a strong understanding of how to deploy new security tools/applications within the Eastman environment
  • Understand and appropriately use development skills to automate processes when appropriate.
  • Evaluate application security capabilities and define and deliver security requirements and alternatives
  • Provide cybersecurity consulting as needed for individuals and projects within IT
  • Collaborate on product evaluations and final recommendations
  • Present information to upper management (written or oral) as needed
  • Participate in research on security trends in the industry and help develop proposals for how Eastman should react
  • Respond to cyber threat activities while on-call
