  • Design and advise regarding security solutions in Microsoft Azure.
  • Conduct security assessments and validations of Azure environments.
  • Develop security policies, procedures, and standards for Azure and M365 environments.
  • Implement and maintain firewalls in Azure.
  • Monitor security alerts and manage incident response for Azure-related security events in conjunction with other members of the Cyber Defense team.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, CMMC, ISO 27001).
  • Responsible for drafting support documentation, technical standards, and operational processes for an existing and evolving application delivery environment.
  • Assists in establishing, optimizing, and enhancing regulatory and compliance processes.
  • Continuously learns and evolves skill set to remain current with evolving application delivery best practices and methods.
  • Completes technical security deliverables on assigned projects.

This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge of Azure and M365 security practices and networking.
  • Prior experience collaborating with a variety of technical teams, including application and infrastructure teams.
  • Possess troubleshooting skills in the areas of cloud security, cloud networking and Azure Private DNS.
  • Inquisitive and questioning nature with the goal of collaborating to find solutions.
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Proficient documentation skills.
  • Exemplary communication and teamwork abilities, including the ability to champion security principles to those with varying levels of security backgrounds.

Desired Qualifications

  • Combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field(s) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in a technical engineering position involving infrastructure design technologies, data management and interchange, system design and / or development for complex applications.
  • Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into structured high-quality implementations using any variety of industry standard approaches.
  • Experience with Azure security tools and services.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and other security technologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash.
  • Relevant certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.

Expected base salary: $130,000 to $175,000

  • Develop rapport with others by demonstrating an understanding of their concerns, needs and issues, and focus on developing an internal network of relationships that can provide advice and support; consistently deliver quality client services
  • Team as an Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support client workstreams using CyberArk
  • Design and implement integration of enterprise identity and access control solutions.
  • Utilize an Identity and Access Management, specifically application integration and workflow design.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Assist engagement teams in evaluating client vulnerability management programs across people, process and technology
  • Improve EY’s business processes and cybersecurity response methodologies
  • Assist in the project management of cybersecurity projects, including development of project charters, project plans and status updates

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical or business field (Computer Science preferred)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
  • 5+ years in related role
  • 3+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management, application integration and workflow design
  • 3+ years of experience building, testing and documenting functionality and executing development processes
  • Experience administering and installing IAM technologies, Azure, ADFS, SAML, SSO Zscaler or RSA SecureID
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving, presentation and communication skills

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Prior consulting experience
  • A military/government background
  • DOD clearance

Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. Role Summary

As the KNA IT Security Manager, you will collaborate as part of the Global IT security team to influence, develop and deliver a security program that address risk and business security requirements for Kellogg North America.   • Owning the lifecycle of IT Security initiatives at the region from inception and design, through completion and transition into business as usual.
  • Leading and supervising internal and/or external resources to execute, maintain and respond to Security related matters
  • Building and maintaining relationships across the business and IT functions, to facilitate project delivery and IT Security compliance.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert on security for the region, and providing training to internal users of all levels, so the ability to communicate across the board is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • IT management experience with 5+ years focused on IT Security specifically
  • Experience managing teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels for outstanding performance
  • A strong understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies, and policies
  • IT security certification including, but not limited to, CISSP, CISM, CISA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO27001 and ITIL
  • A proven ability to work in a collaborative style, building and developing effective customer and service provider relationships
