As a Solution Architect initially covering North East USA you will be the frontline subject matter expert and hands-on evangelist of SECURITI.ai products with customers and partners. You will be trusted for explaining value proposition & technical differentiation of our products to customers, understanding their requirements, showing insightful demos, running successful POCs and deployments and helping to win business.

Leveraging partners to drive growth, you will also work closely with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams.

You would have 3-5 years recent experience in Enterprise Sales including Data Protection or Cyber Security, as well as a strong understanding and connections with channel partners covering the region.

  • Helping win and keep customers, by providing them technical insights and making their POCs and deployments successful
  • Lead all technical presentations and discussions with customers, as the subject-matter expert
  • Perform demos to show product capabilities and differentiation
  • Perform proof of concepts and deployments
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with detailed technical explanations
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and product marketing teams
  • Stay on top of the technical sales cycle to help win customers
  • Provide insights about customer requirements to product management and product development

Requirements

  • Passion and ability to learn new technologies and implement them in customer environments
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Solid understanding of on-premise and cloud-based data platforms

As our Professional Services Project Manager, you will have a responsibility for the success of our customers by delivering high-touch post-sales experience, thereby ensuring maximum value for the customers from Securiti’s product offerings.

  • Drive the execution of customer implementation projects, including managing the project plan, tracking milestones and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed of status, issues, and changes, and ensuring the customer project is successful.
  • Work with a team of Professional Services Consultants to track project action items and deliverables, ensuring consistent, proactive project delivery.
  • Interact with teams throughout the company to ensure quality delivery, including the global sales team, engineering, support, and executive teams.
  • Coordinate and run project checkpoint meetings, including project kickoffs, weekly updates, and project closures; customizing the content of the meetings for the needs of the individual projects; and tracking and concluding follow-ups from the meetings.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the project management program, including project artifacts to help the delivery team with the execution of projects.
  • Implement continuous improvement in project delivery by analyzing current processes, uncovering opportunities to be more efficient, introducing new processes and technologies, and keeping current on best practices for project management.
  • Provide project management guidance for implementation partners, including project plan development and project management processes, and evaluating partners in their execution of customer projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with 4+ years of work experience as a project manager for a technical consulting field.
  • Deep understanding of project management tools and methodologies, with expertise on at least one project management system.
  • Demonstrated depth in project management and PMO aspects, such as task tracking and dependencies, milestones/issues tracking, project risk mitigation, time tracking and project profitability.
  • Strong presence with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track-record of collaborative success with customers, vendors, staff and internal business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Data Security and Privacy, including corresponding regulations, is a strong plus.

About the Role:

You’ll be working as a principal detection developer within Managed Detection and Response Team (MDR) reporting directly to the Director of MDR. This individual will be responsible for providing multiple teams with technical direction to deliver high value, performant solutions. They will provide technical guidance and direction to multiple teams of developers through the design, implementation, and automated/integration testing of our software. This individual will have a clear history of successful contribution to professional detection development projects; they are driven, curious, and results oriented; they can manage competing priorities as they relate to improving existing our existing codebase of detections and constantly challenge the status quo.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of professional experience as a detection developer, reverse engineer, security researcher or CNO developer
  • Experience with:
  • Python
  • OS Specific Telemetry (Windows Security/Sysmon logs, Linux, MacOS)
  • Windows PowerShell Monitoring
  • SIEM Detections
  • EDR detections/signatures
  • Suricata, Sigma and Yara Rules
  • Development of anomaly and behavioral based detections
  • Tuning and optimization of detections for all the above
  • Experience with leading and mentoring groups of developers while contributing code independently.
  • Experience designing and building detection frameworks and processes
  • Experience managing and measuring security efficacy of detections
  • Experience managing and measuring cost efficiency of detection frameworks
  • Deep understanding of networking security principles and flows
  • Experience leading Agile development teams, preferably with formal Agile training
  • Preferably located in Canada or the U.S.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of the Arctic Wolf service delivery model
  • Experience with the Arctic Wolf detection framework and infrastructure
  • Commitment to continuous learning and skills development.
  • B.Sc. in a technical field (CS, CE, EE, Math, Physics, etc with M.Sc./PhD preferred)
