Job Description

We are seeking an Named Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization. This role will be instrumental in growing the Arista brand within both existing and new named municipality and K-12 accounts in the NYC metro area.

  • Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Arista brand enterprise accounts in addition to developing new logo accounts.
  • You will be responsible for utilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address the business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloed legacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio including, software-driven Cloud Networking solutions, CloudEOS (OpenSource Network OS), Cognitive Campus Networking, Wifi networking, and CloudVision (Network Automation & Telemetry) and Monitoring Fabric solutions (Big Switch)
  • Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-levels to present Arista's value proposition.
  • Work with Arista systems engineers to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.
  • Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.
  • Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-n-learns and technology forums.
  • Collaborate with Arista peers on marketing plans and best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions and competitor strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in addition to 5+ years of technology sales experience in the SLED vertical.
  • Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets
  • You possess relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner or end user is a a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong rolodex and relationships within retail accounts within the territory
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • You possess previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas; Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure or Cloud computing.

  • Deep dive into various aspects of any existing hardware design - CPU/ASIC, power, SI, clocking, PCIE, optics, fab, components, etc.
  • Work closely with software & customer teams on escalations from the field, including reading logs, identifying the bug, determining the best fix with minimal interruption to the field, delivering the final solution, determining if any other systems are susceptible, and implementing measures to prevent the bug from occurring again.
  • Work closely with the Hardware design team, but also be able to make firmware, schematic, BOM, fab changes as needed.
  • Lab measurements and debug.
  • Work closely with component, FA, ODM teams to identify component level or third party RCAs and fixes needed.
  • Identify test escapes and work with design validation team to develop and deploy new tests.
  • Write and present root cause analysis for executives and customers.

Required Qualifications

  • BSEE or MSEE
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering
  • Experience debugging Networking Hardware
  • Experience working with 20+ layer count boards featuring 50G+ signals
  • Experience working with multi-phase DC/DC's for high current, high transient loads
  • Experience working with high speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe) as well as low speed signals (I2C, SPI)
  • Familiarity with signal integrity and power integrity concepts and tools, such as: impedance, PDN's, differential routing, insertion loss, S-parameters, TDR's, VNA's
  • FPGA design using Verilog

Job Description

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer II to support DARPA's Adaptive Capabilities Office (ACO). The ACO collaborates with military services to develop innovative solutions for critical national security challenges. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and vetting of new architectural solutions combining emerging technologies and advanced warfighting constructs. Your work will involve modeling, simulation, and experimentation to establish new doctrines, concepts of operations, and technologies for joint, highly integrated capabilities.

  • Prepare, implement, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, including Assessment and Authorization requirements.
  • Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor cybersecurity measures to enhance cyber defense and maintain a resilient network.
  • Assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities, propose remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies, and ensure appropriate security controls.
  • Respond to security breaches, re-establish protections, and generate required reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science.
  • Information Assurance Management (IAM), Information Assurance Technical (IAT), or Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Level I certification per DoD 8570.1M.
  • Three (3) years of notable experience preparing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policy, to include Assessment and Authorization requirements.
  • Demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning and conducting research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity requiring unconventional or novel approaches and sophisticated research techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently on research and development (R&D) engineering problems and methods, and resolve important questions and plan and coordinate work.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices for each lead of the four functional areas (Intelligence and Mission Capabilities, Architecture, Applications, and Mission Integration).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years, the individual supported research and development (R&D) DoD programs.
  • At least three (3) years of experience working in DARPA or similar organization is highly desirable.
