About The Job

As Principal Cybersecurity - Private Key Infrastructure EJBCA and Encryption technologies you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing our current Private Certificate environment for encryption and authentication, managing the environment to keep pace with our ever-increasing expansion of applications and customer growth.

  • Successful candidate will keep the AT&T Private Certificate Authority infrastructure up to date, while providing engineering to grow this critical architecture for more applications. Majority of this work will be in high volume Cloud SaaS environment.

Required Skills

  • This is a PKI/Encryption specialist (SME). This is not a programming/development position. Extensive knowledge of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure, 10+ years minimum), previous work experience with large Public & Private Certificate environment(s).
  • Strong SaaS Cloud computing environment knowledge and demonstratable skillset in this area. Experience with Linux is required (System Admin primarily). Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Successful candidate will have the ability to interact with all levels of Technical Management and teams, and ability to work in a multi-tasking fast paced dynamic environment.

Desired Skills:

  • A demonstrated successful background in Security, showing strong knowledge of Security Fundamentals and a CISSP Certification. Prior experience with other encryption technology besides Digital Certificates.

Any of the following certifications would be a plus:

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-203), Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialist, Azure Security Engineer Associate - AZ-500.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.
  • Cryptography Enthusiast: Strong knowledge of encryption algorithms, secure protocols, and cryptographic libraries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex security challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration & communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Continuous Learner: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity and encryption.

This position is only available in the following locations: Alpharetta, GA; Dallas, TX, Middleton/Bedminster, NJ; and Bothell, WA.

Our Principal Cybersecurity, earns between $158,200.00-$237,400.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

  • Leads design and documentation of Identity & Access Management platform architecture and roadmap
  • Leads the design, definition and implementation of security practices and Cybersecurity and Digital Risk standards and policies to ensure product development teams in Digital Technology understand them
  • Recommends and implements products/services that support operational needs and security requirements
  • Promotes and contributes to the continuous improvement of our security strategy based on risk prioritization and business objectives
  • Contribute to discussions on performance testing, disaster recovery, and planning to ensure a reliable and scalable IAM platform.
  • Serves as a department Domain Expert, and mentors, trains, and coaches junior members of the IAM team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in related field such as cybersecurity and/or IAM
  • Experience working with an IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, Oracle Access Manager, Cognito, AWS IAM, Azure, Delinea/Thycotic, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Saviynt, or NetIQ/MicroFocus
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles (Customer Identity and Access Management preferred), including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology like SAML, OAuth/ OAuth2, OpenID Connect, MFA mechanisms, SSO, OIDC, FIDO, WebAuthN, risk-based authentication, data encryption, and session management
  • Proven ability to lead projects in the design, implementation, and/or integration of scalable, secure, and customer-centric IAM architectures
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, privacy regulations or how they impact IAM design
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • 10+ years of experience with IAM
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, etc.
  • Additional cybersecurity experience including any combination of the following: threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration and network security, cloud computing
  • Expertise of modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment
  • CIAM specific knowledge of fraud prevention and detection, identity proofing and identity verification technologies,
  • Workforce specific knowledge of competencies and controls such as Privileged Account Management (PAM) including privileged account vaulting, privileged session management, and endpoint privilege management, Identity Governance and Administration including identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver), access certification, and access rights governance
  • Experience with Emerging Technologies such as AI/ML
  • Background with Automation and DevOps

We are looking for Technical Senior Solutions Architect to join our Federal Sales Team. Location preference - Washington D.C. Metro Area

  • Conduct effective and compelling product demonstrations online and in-person. Lead technical presentations in person and assist sales directors with ROI presentations.
  • Conduct proof of concept technical installations directly with customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and create winning sales strategies and new product opportunities
  • Use consultative selling to identify customer pain points associated with large directory services environments
  • Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers
  • Provide input and feedback to engineering teams and development
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Design technical solutions to meet customer’s business, technical, and/or financial goals
  • Partner with the Sales team to develop requirements documents, presentations, proposals, and ROI models, and coordinate with a team of support specialists, consultants, or project managers to execute sales objectives or to ensure that all pre-sales customer requirements are documented and transitioned
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products to develop and present unique solutions, and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas
  • Willingness to travel to customers or events as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Residing in the Washington D.C. metro area
  • 5-10 years working in either an enterprise IT or enterprise software organization
  • Deep working knowledge of Active Directory — you have administered, architected or managed an environment of at least 10,000 users
  • Awareness of the identity and access management and infosec product landscapes, and technical features of competing products within the ecosystem
  • Experience doing customer demos of software products
  • Experience building technical proofs of concept directly with customers
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical contacts at customer to explain benefits of solution beyond just technical
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. CS, Economics, or Engineering is a plus, or other relevant technical degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred but not a Must: existing Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 is a bonus, especially from the perspective of installation, architecture or administration
  • Infosec experience
  • Identity and Access Management experience
  • Experience speaking and representing a company at public events
