• Preventing cyber attacks
• Detecting security breaches
• Responding to security incidents
• Using analytics to monitor data
• Identifying malware and ransomware events
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments
• Scan and assess network for vulnerabilities
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity
• Recommend solutions for vulnerabilities
• Review and analyze documents, diagrams, system designs, security plans, or related materials
• Install and use software to protect sensitive information
• Research new security technology
• Analyze industrial security IOT for vulnerabilities
• Prepare and present security status reports to management
• Investigate a violation when a breach occurs
• Prepare reports that document security breaches

Required Qualifications:

• A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Technology / Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution.

As our Professional Services Consultant, you will have a responsibility for the success of our customers by delivering a white-glove post-sales experience, thereby ensuring maximum value for the customers from Securiti’s product offering(s).

• Drive the overall post-sales engagement with the customers, covering customer onboarding, implementation projects, and advocacy.
• Develop and execute customer success plans that map customer requirements, success criteria, project plan, and milestones/issues tracking to a streamlined and efficient onboarding process that ensures white-glove service, customer delight, and rapid time-to-value.
• Balance the sales acumen for customer relationship management with deep technical skills in areas, such as Data Privacy and Security (DLP, Encryption, Access, Classification etc), SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux and Bash scripting, Networking and OSI model, Filesystems, Cloud Platforms, Docker/Kubernetes containers, and Virtualization. Prior professional services experience with a Data Privacy and Security company as well as Cloud Security is highly desirable.
• Combine implementation project management with managing customer engagement programs, including operational metrics, time reporting, service profitability/yield, and customer success metrics, such as lifetime value (LTV), CSAT, and NPS.
• Interface with engineering and product management to provide a feedback loop that includes repeatable IP in the form of implementation tools, customer insights, and quality improvements.
• Interface with sales and marketing for smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring customer lifecycle continuity, thereby minimizing churn and maximizing customer growth.

Required Qualifications:

​

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of work experience as a professional services consultant or related technical engineering field.
• Hands-on experience with key technologies, such as Data Privacy and Security (DLP, Encryption, Access, Classification etc), SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux and Bash scripting, Networking and OSI model, Filesystems, Cloud Platforms, Docker/Kubernetes containers, and Virtualization.
• Demonstrated success with solution design and implementation across complex technology stacks.
• Demonstrated depth in project management and PMO aspects, such as task tracking and dependencies, milestones/issues tracking, project risk mitigation, time tracking, and project profitability.

Preferred Qualifications:

​

• Proficiency in one or more Project and Customer Success Management systems, such as Smartsheets and Gainsight.
• Strong presence with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of collaborative success with customers, vendors, staff, and internal business partners.
• Understanding Data Security and Privacy, including corresponding regulations, is a strong plus.
• Up to 30% travel (domestic and international).

• We are looking for an engineer to help build a scalable and performant micro service based architecture with public and private APIs
• Contribute in all phases of the product development cycle, from definition, design, through implementation and test
• Design robust technical solutions to business problems, with a high focus on quality and execution
• Help design and build systems from scratch and implement processes to ensure modularity, efficiency and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, similar technical discipline or equivalent practical experience, Graduate degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science or similar technical discipline is preferred or equivalent military experience required
• 10+ years of experience with web back-end frameworks and Go and/or Java
• Familiar with database architecture, scalability, performance, and tuning
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of building user-facing web applications or services back-end
• Experience designing/building scalable RESTful API’s
• Develop, troubleshoot and maintain production level application code for new services and products
• Understand the value of iterating fast; learning from small, safe, frequent changes
• Experience with cloud infrastructure & services (AWS / Google Cloud / Azure)
• Experience developing Software as a Service on a public cloud & microservice architectures
• A focus on quality, with experience writing unit tests and collaborating with quality engineering to develop test plans
• Is agile, enjoys the speed of a fast-paced, highly engaged startup environment, curious, and constantly seeks to improve standards as we go along
• Has a belief in automation, tooling, and testing as critical parts of the software lifecycle

Compensation Disclosure

​

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $170000 - $277000/YR.
