About the Role

This position in a rapidly growing security engineering company is an opportunity to take ownership of significant engineering decisions and implement technology that will improve the security of not only enterprise SaaS deployments but also their customers and end-users.

Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on securing our customers and their data—which may include your own data! These are challenging engineering problems in an exciting part of the security industry that do not yet have defined solutions. Successful candidates will have a history of strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively combined with top-notch engineering skills.

  • As a Lead Software Engineer, you will contribute directly to major components of AppOmni’s Data Platform. In collaboration with other technical leaders, you will be responsible for designing and developing major areas of the codebase that supports ingestion, transformation and export of the data from various SaaS applications.
  • Additionally, you’ll help design and build a seamless and robust customer onboarding experience to promote AppOmni’s adoption and success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills to manage expectations and provide clear updates on progress and potential roadblocks.
  • A quality-oriented approach to building and testing applications including strong unit testing capabilities. Our engineers are expected to test their own code!
  • Experience with taking ownership of the entire lifecycle of the software, from ideation to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding them in best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the engineering team.
  • Advocate for adoption of new technologies, methodologies and processes to enhance the team’s performance and product’s quality.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges, both proactively and reactively, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python 3, preferably with frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience including object-oriented design, data structure design, and work on abstracted codebases
  • An interest in data, security, and data security.
  • An ability to work with and integrate external APIs

You might also have:

  • Experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF)
  • Experience with Kubernetes, GKE, and Postgres
  • Experience deploying and maintaining production applications in IaaS platforms
  • Experience leading small groups of developers to complete projects
  • Experience managing Agile projects
  • Experience creating new feature architectures and integrating into existing systems

Summary Information About the Role

The Senior Campaign Operations Manager candidate will manage the development, execution, and support of digital marketing solutions for an Acxiom financial services client. The SRCOM is responsible for the daily operation and functionality of digital platform capabilities and services that deliver various digital solutions such as prequalified and prescreened card and lending product offers. The SRCOM is the primary daily client contact as it pertains to the delivery of those solutions and manages the timelines and deliverables across internal cross functional teams. This includes working closely with clients in the marketing, risk policy, compliance, operations, analytics, and technology organizations to execute projects successfully.

  • Gather, document, and translate complex client requirements between clients and vendors to execute on digital marketing solutions and campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6-10 years of applicable work experience
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of and/or interest in digital marketing
  • Sound knowledge of database structure, campaign management tools, and SharePoint
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating, enhancing, and updating standard operating procedures and complex requirements documents
  • Developed diplomacy skills required to guide, influence and convince others, particularly stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners
  • Polished verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients

Preferred Skills / Competencies

  • Knowledge of real-time API integrations, architecture, and functionality

JOB SUMMARY:

As Product Cybersecurity Engineer at the commercial/passenger vehicle business unit of Stoneridge Electronics, you will ensure cybersecurity development and engineering process and implementation of cybersecurity attributes in SW/HW architecture, software, hardware, etc., and coordinate the engineering groups of various customer projects and broad range of competencies in the right direction and according to relevant standards and technical development of the Stoneridge Electronics products.

A central product in this business unit is MirrorEye®, the innovative camera-based replacement for the traditional rearview mirrors on trucks. The system includes new intelligent functions in vehicle applications, e.g., object detection. You are part of the development of these innovations in automotive industry.

This position requires four (4) days in-office in Novi, Michigan and one (1) day remote work.

  • Performing Product Cyber functions such as risk analyses, requirements reviews, and response management.
  • Liaising with development teams to ensure that controls are implemented in accordance with the security risks and controls.
  • Identification of risks that need to be escalated through the governance framework for higher-level management.
  • Shall support agile teams focusing on rapidly deploying new services to the customer.
  • Shall contribute to the wider vehicle cybersecurity group ensuring the resilience and compliance of products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product cybersecurity practices
  • Exposure to Industry Standard requirements and recent development of regulatory compliances and stakeholders’ requirements
  • A Minimum of 2 years in safety or security management and process
  • 2+ years of experience with automotive product development life cycle
  • Experience in working with a team and playing a pivotal role in continuing to facilitate and deploy product cybersecurity within an automotive environment
  • Experience in hardware security, software security, HSM (Hardware Security Module), SHE (Secure Hardware Extension), secure boot, secure software update.
  • Good experience in cybersecurity process, implementation of ISO / SAE 21434, UNECE R155 / R156, and crypto algorithms such as RSA, AES, SHA, CMAC, GMAC, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to penetration test development, preferred
  • Strong experience in security risk, compliance, policies, and standards, preferred.
  • Completion of Cybersecurity training and/or professional certifications/designations (CSCAC) highly desired.
