ZeroFox seeks a Technical Account Consultant (CSM) to build and maintain post-sales relationships with various customers of diverse industries and sizes. CMS's drive value by serving as trusted technical advisor and support-contact who are an aligned resource with ZeroFox customers. CSM's exceed customer expectations by proactively updating customers’ platforms, creating reporting that clearly shows their solutions’ effectiveness, providing ongoing education and advocating for their needs. CSM's work with customers to define business and technical requirements, while supporting the product and services team in defining scope of work. The successful applicant will need to nurture relationships, both internally and externally, provide amicable customer solutions, and be technically competent on the ZeroFox SaaS platform. Technically- and business-minded Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems /or Software Developers, or candidates with experience with setup and delivery of similar SaaS products, will be given priority consideration.

  • Effectively partner with a broad range of customers, focusing on delivering consistent, high-quality engagement and ensuring success for customers of various industries and sizes
  • Build effective curated customer experiences with the ZeroFox platform and larger operating environment
  • Execute and refine scalable enablement programs, including building customer champions and engaging with various customers, assets and programs
  • Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage of and value from the ZeroFox platform configuration
  • Act as a liaison with technical support leads for all requests for new platform configuration and changes to use cases within the customer environment
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements using ZeroFox’s platform and/or integrations to customer technologies, including API-based integrations
  • Deliver web-based training to user groups to support organizational adoption
  • Conduct discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for ZeroFox usage across organizational functions and processes
  • Serve as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
  • Initiate engagement with other ZeroFox resources when needed as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
  • Engage with ZeroFox internal organizations including Product, Customer Operations, Services, etc. to streamline customer experiences and product enhancements, particularly by identifying trends across customers
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of ZeroFox service options
  • Help to document best practices in developing and using ZeroFox solutions
  • Conduct efficient, targeted, and impactful consultations, identifying key customer needs and tailoring solutions to their business goals; in turn driving adoption, maturity and growth

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a related function, typically obtained in 3+ years
  • Experience with SaaS-based platform configuration and maintenance for multiple customers simultaneously
  • Direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions in Fortune 1000, mid-tier, and/or start-up companies
  • Successful management of customer support engagements to completion with high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent analytical skills & problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and belief in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
  • Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment
  • Competitiveness & competitive awareness
  • Proficiency in explaining strengths & vulnerabilities
  • Willingness to travel as required based on customer and business need

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic languages
  • Skill with various workflow tools: JIRA, SQL, SalesForce, Google Apps, Zendesk
  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber, or other similar background
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, Security+
  • Propensity to thrive on change and general dissatisfaction with the “status quo” founded on the belief that great is better than good
  • Past experience working in customer success, technical support, configuration and / or training capacity

  • Lead Sophos’s external market positioning in partnership with the CMO and VP of Global Marketing, driving brand perception and preference across all audiences.
  • Shape and execute a cohesive thought leadership strategy that amplifies Sophos’s vision and industry presence.
  • Work directly with SMT leadership (CMO, CPO, CEO, CRO, CHRO, etc.) to align company positioning with future business goals.
  • Act as an external spokesperson, creating compelling content reinforcing Sophos’s mission and expertise.

  • Work closely with the CEO and senior executives to build industry partnerships, drive engagement at global forums (e.g., WEF, CISOs), and elevate Sophos’s market influence.
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure alignment in messaging and employee engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, including a minimum of 5 years in the cybersecurity industry. Must have global exposure and executive leadership experience, with expertise in public relations, media relations, and executive communications.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within communications, marketing, or brand strategy, ideally in technology or cybersecurity.
  • A proven track record in shaping brand positioning, thought leadership, and corporate communications at a global scale.
  • Expertise in media relations, executive visibility, and crisis communication management.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with executive leadership.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and public speaking skills.
  • Experience leading and developing global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology markets is a plus.

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $248,000 to $375,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

What are we looking for?

As an Enterprise Account Executive covering regional accounts, you will be tasked with building out key strategic partnership with the Value added resellers as well as Key Alliance partners, and managed service partners to help drive pipeline and ultimately closed won revenue. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to design and implement successful Lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns, and drive overall sales excellence in a competitive endpoint security market.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling Endpoint security based products (such as malware/exploit prevention, anti-virus, whitelisting as well as advanced data loss protection products).

  • Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
  • Partner with channel managers to build pipeline and grow the assigned territory
  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of SentinelOne products
  • Stay well educated and informed about SentinelOne's competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the Next Generation Endpoint market space
  • Consistently meet, or exceed sales quotas
  • Prepare and provide accurate forecasts to management on a weekly basis

Required Qualifications

  • BS technical degree or equivalent
  • Selling to Enterprise accounts with experience in contracts and procurement vehicles
  • 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling endpoint security solutions or SIEM
  • Deep knowledge of current security solutions
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision makers
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills
  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
  • Leadership skills that drive results - Quarterbacking an eco system of people including SE, channel, marketing, executive sponsors, immediate management, among others to effectively advance enterprise sales campaigns to close
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
