  • Leading and mentoring a team of support engineers, ensuring process adherence and technical development.
  • Managing escalations and engaging with customers on critical support issues.
  • Overseeing team operations, including shift scheduling, PTO management, and training programs.
  • Driving continuous improvements in support processes to ensure timely and high-quality customer issue resolution.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to align customer support with business objectives.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience as a support manager, including escalation management and people leadership
  • 7+ years of experience as a Support Engineer/Senior Support Engineer, working with networking or web security products
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and security, including VPN technologies, authentication systems (LDAP, MS AD), and network security protocols (SSL/TLS, Firewall, IDS/IPS)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting network-related issues using tools such as Ping, Traceroute, MTR, and Wireshark
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent advanced industry certifications.
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, or FreeBSD operating systems.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/bonus/equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$147,000 — $210,000 USD

Role Summary

ZeroFox seeks an Intelligence Analyst to work on a wide range of customer-facing investigations with a focus on physical and executive security. The Intelligence Analyst will collect all-source intelligence to identify risks and threats impacting client assets. Investigation activities will focus on identifying current and emerging threats posed to executives, their families, data, travel itineraries, and reputation.

Successful candidates will have an investigative background, excellent writing skills, and exceptional investigative prowess in areas such as PAI, OSINT research, trend analysis, deductive reasoning, and pattern recognition. Discretion, teamwork, and creativity are vital.

  • Work on a wide range of customer-focused threat and risk investigations, often with competing deadlines
  • Support ad hoc external and internal requests of varying complexities and engage with customers across the investigation cycle, from initial scoping to final delivery and briefing. This could also include threat monitoring outside core business hours
  • Assess and provide recommendations on emerging OSINT methodologies and tools. Identify and develop improvements to the delivery process to improve the overall team’s productivity

Required Qualifications

  • Security Clearance Required
  • Experience with conducting OSINT-based investigations, typically obtained in 3+ years
  • Knowledge of techniques to effectively locate and identify information of concern in publicly available information, including data aggregators, social, news, and traditional media.
  • Ability to determine the credibility, value, significance, and relevancy of information from different data sources to produce clear, concise, and timely analytic products
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills; experience with providing briefings and presentations
  • Comfort while working independently and in a small team
  • Ability to collect, authenticate, validate and document online evidence
  • Proficiency using Google Productivity Suite
  • Expert level experience with social media networks
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related course of study or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public or private sector experience as an analyst, researcher, investigator, or consultant supporting security, risk, criminal investigator or due diligence function
  • Experience in editing long-form reporting
  • Excellent project / team leadership, development, and client relationship skills
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with the current threat and geopolitical landscape; experience in areas such as physical/corporate security, HNWI, and UHNWI individuals, activism, hacktivism, reputation risk, travel security, geopolitical or policy issues
  • Military or criminal experience is preferred.
