Role Summary

Doing business today requires trusting a rapidly expanding set of identities to access, use, and share privileged data in the cloud. This distributed web of data, relationships, and access points is difficult to track, let alone secure. To limit the risk of breach and blast radius, large organizations need to manage who has access to what, what they can do with that access, and when they can take action. That's where Opal Security comes in — our identity security platform enables scalable and efficient implementation of least-privilege access. Customers like Figma, ScaleAI, and Databricks say it is the best tool to administer a least privileged access model across all of their data - SaaS, Cloud and on-prem.

As a People Business Partner, you'll help us build a culture capable of delivering on our bold mission to secure every identity and access pathway. Our ideal candidate has worked on multiple components of a successful People organization — from employee experience to HR to systems administration, and all the things in between. We're a small team and we're looking for someone eager to roll up their sleeves and deliver impact across a wide variety of people priorities.

In this role, you’ll be joining an experienced team with direct experience building through massive growth at companies like ScaleAI, Datadog, Abnormal Security, and Amplitude. On the back of this experience and our success to date, we’ve raised over $32M from leading investors including Greylock and Battery Ventures. Join us as we build the next-generation identity security platform!

Company Overview

Opal Security is an innovative company focusing on identity security platforms that empower scalable and efficient implementation of least-privilege access. Trusted by companies like Figma, ScaleAI, and Databricks, we provide the best toolset to administer least privileged access models across SaaS, Cloud, and on-prem environments.
