About the Role

The Senior UX/UI Designer will report directly to the Head of Product Design and play a pivotal role within our design team. In this position, you will lead the creation of engaging user experiences that seamlessly combine functionality with visual elegance. Collaboration will be key to your success as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and QA. You will be at the forefront of designing and defining intuitive interactions and interfaces that captivate our users. Your efforts will transform unmet user needs and business opportunities into successful product launches, ensuring a top-tier customer experience across Keeper’s website and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for user-centered design, with extensive experience across diverse product types, channels, platforms, and design methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders, to define user requirements, project objectives, visuals, and overall experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and integrate findings into design decisions
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate user needs and guide the development of design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality design across products and platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices, advocating for their integration into our design processes.
  • Leverage and evolve Keeper’s design system and brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all web properties.
  • Design responsive layouts that deliver an optimal user experience across web, desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in UX/UI design roles, with a portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Framer
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design insights
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple devices and platforms (web, desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions effectively
  • Ability to solve problems, adapt and overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
  • Passion for creating elegant and impactful user experiences, with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship

Summary

We seek an experienced and innovative marketing pro to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and execute a comprehensive strategy for virtual events (webinars, roundtables, livestreams, product launches) and develop critical programs, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives and digital channel/partner marketing efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact content, manage event execution, and support program development to drive pipeline growth and engagement. More importantly, you will innovate and develop new ways to reach audiences, imagine, and launch first-in-industry ideas, including leveraging new AI capabilities.

  • Own end-to-end management of virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, live streams, and product launches
  • Work with contractors and product marketing to plan and execute virtual product launches
  • Develop content themes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver compelling event experiences.
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, invitations, registration, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to design and implement effective digital programs that target high-priority accounts.
  • Collaborate with channel/partner teams to build marketing campaigns that expand reach and drive joint pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with the Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to drive joint marketing programs with channel and technology alliance partners via digital channels.
  • Support the development and execution of co-branded campaigns, events, and other initiatives that align with partner goals.
  • Contribute to virtual events, content creation, and promotional efforts in collaboration with partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management, ABM programs, or partner/channel marketing.
  • Proven success in managing and executing virtual events that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and ABM principles.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity and comfort level with reporting and analytics tools, basic Excel proficiency.
  • Must be located in the Bay Area and available to come into the office two times a week.

At Cyberhaven, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. The estimated base salary for this role is $160k to $210k. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Cyberhaven's total rewards package.
