Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Unix/Linux experience in an enterprise environment.
  • In-depth TCP/IP understanding.
  • LAN/WAN infrastructures.
  • Common OS services (IIS, BIND, Apache, AD, WINS, Samba, SSH).
  • Strong knowledge of current firewall, Intrusion Detection System technologies, and Network Vulnerability Scanners.
  • Windows Active Directory authentication and security.
  • Knowledge of Samba/Active Directory integration.
  • CIFS, DNS, ACL, server/client configuration.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Splunk usage including but not limited to log queries and report/dashboard generation.
  • Bachelor of Science, preferably with a major in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP user management.
  • Experience with packet capture review and diagnosis.
  • Previous API support and Regex knowledge.
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python).
  • Knowledge of major web server software (IIS, Apache, WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic), UNIX/Windows web services, and diverse platforms and applications (Linux, Windows 2003/2008, Windows NT, Novell, Lotus Notes, Mac OS).
  • Oracle and Microsoft SQL knowledge highly desirable.
  • CCNA, MCSE, CISSP, CompTIA Security, and CEH highly desirable.
  • Bilingual candidates highly desirable (Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Portuguese).

About the Role

The Enterprise Market Development Representative at NinjaOne, is a new and exciting role, that will play a pivotal role in expanding and driving our Enterprise business. You will work closely with an Enterprise Account Executive to identify strategic enterprise accounts and build a prospecting strategy to execute. Prospects that inbound will be routed to you and your AE to strategically work. You will also help revive closed lost opportunities by cross selling as well as helping your AE navigate their current customer book of business.

  • Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research potential enterprise accounts. Develop outreach strategies to establish initial contact and schedule first meetings with enterprise AE.
  • Inbound Leads: All ENT leads will be routed to you and your AE. Account research and industry knowledge will be crucial for setting up the first meeting with your AE.
  • Cross-sell and Current Customers: Work with your AE to identify any cross-sell opportunities from closed lost opportunities as well as your AE’s current book of business.
  • Tradeshows/Events: The MDR will help coordinate tradeshows and events for their AEs. Following up on leads from these events will be done strategically with your AE. These events will provide opportunities to grow relationships and build pipeline that eventually leads to closed won opportunities.
  • Other duties as needed.

Senior Performance Marketing Manager (ABM Digital)

As a Performance Marketing Senior Manager, you will have a tangible impact on Fastly's growth by driving strategy and execution of our cross-channel ABM efforts.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, cross-channel digital strategies that drive pipeline influence across all of Fastly’s priority growth initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in a breadth of digital tactics including paid media, organic channels, and ABM platforms to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target accounts and accelerate our sales cycle.

You will act as the strategic connector, bridging the gap between channel-specific tactics and a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy, ensuring all digital efforts align with our overarching business objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across campaigns, content, product marketing, marketing operations, field, sales and GTM teams to ensure alignment with Fastly's overarching marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • ABM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel ABM campaigns using 6sense, driving pipeline growth through targeted account engagement and segmentation.
  • Cross-Channel Optimization: Oversee and optimize cross-channel performance marketing, including paid social, programmatic display, and search engine marketing, integrating paid, organic, and other digital strategies to maximize demand generation and conversion.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Employ advanced analytics to meticulously analyze campaign performance, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Digital Analytics: Work with our Marketing Ops business partners to develop and refine reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and others to align strategies and ensure seamless execution across all digital channels.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage budget allocations and provide data-backed recommendations to maximize ROI and achieve marketing influenced pipeline goals.
  • Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations, identifying and recommending new opportunities to enhance ABM and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Experiment & Adjust: Foster a culture of experimentation, designing and executing A/B tests and other data-driven experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, consistently delivering measurable results in performance, growth, and ABM campaigns.
  • ABM platform proficiency: Hands-on experience with 6sense or similar platforms for targeted account engagement.
  • Advanced data analysis and optimization: Ability to develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns using analytics and digital advertising tools and platforms.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Deep understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models, with a track record of optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Strategic communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to senior leadership, taking feedback and finding solutions to a wide variety of challenges and opportunities.
  • Agile and collaborative: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-aligned environment, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Solid understanding of security, networking, or related technologies.

Work Hours

This position will require you to be available during core business hours working on West Coast time zone, with flexibility to meet with Global colleagues across Central, East Coast, as well as Europe and Asia Pacific.

Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements

This position is open to the following office location: San Francisco, CA - going into the office Tuesdays-Thursdays.

Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. This position may involve occasional travel to support key initiatives or collaborate with team members, as required by your role or requested by your manager.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $155,370 to $186,444. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
