About the Position

The ideal Email Developer candidate has extensive experience coding HTML based emails and some experience doing so within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position will be part of a team that executes for a customer in a regulated industry where accuracy is the primary objective (over speed).

• Review and slice customer provided graphic design files (i.e. PSD, images, etc).
• Hand code HTML and CSS for emails ensuring it is cross browser\client compatible.
• Develop responsive and mobile first emails.
• Develops dynamic content by utilizing AMPScript and\or SSJS.
• Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates and content blocks for use within emails.
• Stays current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform features and capabilities.
• Assists with developing best practices and processes that the entire team will follow.

Requirements – Senior

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree

• 5+ years’ experience developing emails in HTML
• 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Preferred

• Certifications: SFMC Email Specialist
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred but not required.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree

• Exceed measurable sales objectives and extend the Arista brand within a targeted list of enterprise accounts in the Atlanta territory.
• You will be responsible for utilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address the business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloed legacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio including; Software-Driven Cloud Networking platforms including Data Center, Cognitive Campus Networking, WI-FI Campus networking, and AI Networking, in addition to our Cloud Vision (Network Automation & Telemetry), Network Monitoring Fabric solutions and NDR, Endpoint and AI driven Network Identity Access security solutions.
• Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-levels to present Arista’s value proposition.
• Work with Arista systems engineers to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions.
• Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.
• Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.
• Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-n-learns and technology forums.
• Collaborate with Arista peers on marketing plans and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions and competitor strategies.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in addition to 7+ years of technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets
• You possess relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner or end user is a requirement.
• Strong rolodex and relationships within the territory
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
• You possess previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas; Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper converged infrastructure or Cloud computing.

• Visa’s Apprenticeship Program is designed for those with no prior experience interested in receiving hands-on IT training with an organization while also earning a salary.
• Cybersecurity Apprenticeship: This program combines classroom training, hands-on mentorship, and real-world projects to help launch a career as a Cybersecurity professional at Visa.
• Apprentices will begin with a 16-week bootcamp where they will receive full-time classroom-style education that will prepare them for On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• At the conclusion of the year of OJT, those who have successfully completed the program may have the opportunity to be considered for promotion to full-time employment.
• During OJT, Apprentices will receive hands-on mentorship from leaders within one of the teams within our Cybersecurity organization at Visa, as well as career development workshops to develop professional and buildable skills.
• Specific assignments will depend upon your skill sets and team needs.
• This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.

Basic Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Have basic problem-solving skills/analytical mindset
• Must be local and available to work in person in either Ashburn, VA, or Austin, TX
• Not currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree program in a related technical field (cybersecurity, software engineering, etc.)
• Interest in pursuing a career in cybersecurity in the payments space

Additional Requirements

Apprentices will need to provide their own computers during RTI period. The following tech specifications are required:

• Windows 10 or macOS 10
• Windows Processor – non ARM type (Intel or AMD only – need for Adobe Connect to function)
• RAM 8GB minimum (12GB – 16 GB recommended)
• Solid State Drive – minimum 40 gigs free space
• Webcam
• Headset (Noise Cancelling Mic Headset preferred)
• Internet connection at least 2Mb up/down
• Dedicated workspace (Bootcamp will be 8+ hours at your desk daily)
• 2nd monitor or XL monitor

<u><strong>U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:</strong></u> The estimated base salary during your remote training period will be $47,923 plus benefits and may progress to $70,000 upon successful completion of your training period, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
