  • Work with your leadership to execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new customers, including Fortune 500 companies, mid to large organizations, and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at customer organizations – CISOs, CIOs, threat hunters, and SOC analysts, among others.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, product managers, and customer success teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably in cybersecurity or similar field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of full cycle sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and solutions is a plus, but not required.

Company Overview

Join the Global Information Security (GIS) team at Bank of America as a Technology Services Lead. In this role, you will utilize the experience you have gained throughout your career to provide hands-on operational deployment and support for commercial and custom software applications.

While mainly working within Microsoft and Linux environments, you will be an individual contributor responsible for researching, designing, engineering, implementing, and supporting information security technologies. Your primary duties will allow you to use your in-depth technical knowledge to manage and enhance both vendor and internally-hosted applications.

As an Application Management Technology Services Lead, you may have interaction with and visibility to members of the GIS senior leadership team as well as key business unit stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a deeply committed team of recognized information security experts on high visibility security initiatives for the Bank.

  • Experience with databases and associated query languages
  • Experience in security vulnerability remediation
  • Deep understanding of large networks and systems and the interaction between applications, infrastructures, etc.
  • Experience in scripting/automation languages
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux server support and access systems
  • A broad knowledge of information security principles
  • Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Vulnerability Management with a strong focus on Application Security. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating application security vulnerabilities across our organization.   • Lead and manage the vulnerability management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating application security vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, including code reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Stay up to date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
  • Coordinate with other security teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of security risks.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of the vulnerability management program.
  • Prepare and present reports on the status of application security to senior management.
  • Respond to security incidents and provide guidance on remediation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on application security and vulnerability management.
  • Strong knowledge of common application security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and mitigation techniques.
  • Experience with security assessment tools such as static and dynamic analysis tools, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud security and securing applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).

Our Assoc Director-Cybersecurity earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
