  • Develop tools and infrastructure for automating a lot of manual processes.
  • Develop tools that visualize failures in the manufacturing and help the team to easily narrow down the problem.
  • Integrate various tools in Arista and help create a unified echo system.
  • To help agile manufacturing, design and develop tools that provide configuration information to the tests on the fly. Automate a lot of people driven processes to data driven processes.
  • Upgrade older UI written with Python to React to improve efficiency.
  • Develop automated hardware testing infrastructure to be used for production of Arista network switches - involves automation code written in Python/Go, as well as web application development using Django/React and MySQL.
  • Interface with local and remote manufacturing teams to resolve problems, collect requirements, identify opportunities for improving efficiency and scalability of automated production system on an on-going basis.
  • Track multiple software release branches; develop tools to automate synchronization of code across these branches.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in automation using Python, JavaScript, Golang
  • Web application development experience using frameworks like Django, React, Angular; interfacing with MySQL using Python/Go/JavaScript/Typescript
  • Working knowledge of setting up and administering Linux servers, network switches, troubleshooting network issues
  • Ability to pick up new programming languages and frameworks
  • Self-directed and have a passion for tools development and test automation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts with clarity and simplicity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Past experience with Perforce/Git software configuration management tool will be a plus
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

  • Work closely with SDR Leadership to lead a team of exceptional sales development professionals as a direct, first-line manager
  • Develop actionable strategies to improve pipeline creation velocity and quality and ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing continuous coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s to ensure their development
  • Manage and forecast quota attainment on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and develop your team’s outbound prospecting, qualification and pipeline creation skills
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach and Looker to analyze patterns, optimize team performance and adjust output/activity
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs with SDR Leadership Team
  • Partner closely with our sales team, marketing and enablement teams to drive delivery against company goals. Demand Generation to provide feedback on AQLs and campaigns. Enablement and Demand Generation to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline. Sales and other members of SDR Leadership to identify areas of improvement and opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong industry knowledge
  • A demonstrated track record of pipeline generation results/previous experience selling complex software or SAAS solutions
  • Demonstrated ability & previous experience recruiting, training and managing others
  • Ability to maintain and foster relationships internally and externally
  • Expert knowledge with Salesforce, Outreach and other tools in the tech stack

On Target Earnings Range: $140,000 - $180,000

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst on our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team. This Senior Information Security Analyst is a key role supporting our mission to prevent inappropriate external sharing and distribution of sensitive company, customer, and employee information.

  • Design, implement, and tune rules and techniques to prevent risky user behaviors in partnership with security, investigative partners, business groups and other stakeholders
  • Support enterprise transition to next-generation cloud-based DLP solutions
  • Support ongoing rule/technique change management on prem and associated controls execution.
  • Assist with inquiries from risk partners, Internal Audit and regulatory bodies on EDLP controls and procedures
  • Provide information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation
  • Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
  • Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions
  • Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
  • Identify security risks and mitigating actions as related to Data Loss prevention
  • Consult with the organization on complex security issues and findings
  • Manage complex and critical information assets
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
  • Creation of test cases for new policies
  • Serve as information security senior developer to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness
  • Work with DLP developers on Agile team
  • Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Data Loss Prevention rule-writing experience in any DLP tool.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Data Loss Prevention tool/system experience. Symantec DLP, Cloud SOC, ICA Risk Fabric, preferred, but any DLP policy experience with other vendors acceptable
  • RegEx rule writing capability
  • Documentation skills including design diagrams, process flows and content writing
  • Thorough understanding of Splunk and how to correlate incidents from Broadcom DLP to SharePoint Incidents to Splunk
  • Ability to write MS SQL queries and any other programming languages

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work in hybrid environment with an expectation of being on-site in a listed location three times per week.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (3-4 times/year)
