Job Description

Nexthink Adopt is transforming the digital landscape by empowering business leaders to harness the full potential of technology. Our platform enhances digital adoption through guidance, engagement, insights, and automation, boosting employee efficiency, providing executives with deeper visibility into digital usage, and maximizing the value of digital assets to drive successful digital transformation.

To support the growth of the Nexthink Adopt business in the US region, we are looking to expand our Solution Consulting team with an Adopt Specialist Solution Consultant. The Adopt Specialist SC will work closely with the Adopt Solution Sales Specialist team and with other Solution Consultants to generate new Adopt Solution sales revenue. This will be achieved through working with existing Nexthink Customers, leveraging Nexthink partners, and delivering pre-sales activities.

As an Adopt Specialist Solution Consultant, you’ll focus on creating and delivering innovative value propositions to executive and technical audiences by matching Nexthink Adopt’s capabilities to business outcomes. The role's primary purpose is to drive pre-sales activities in the local territory to achieve the company’s Adopt target sales revenue and growth.

  • Help the Adopt Sales Specialist team qualify leads by using your deep knowledge of solution capabilities to address business issues and provide business value.
  • Demonstrate how Nexthink Adopt solution can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates the business outcome.
  • Conduct and manage demos, workshops, and proof of values.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute a strategy to leverage existing Nexthink customers.
  • Take a consultative approach with customers by understanding their challenges and future strategies to drive Nexthink Adopt usage and value realization.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders in different functions with varying degrees of technical knowledge, and articulate the benefits of the solution in an appropriate way; such functions might be Application Adoption and Digital Transformation leads, End User Computing, HR and business Application leads or IT Leadership who see where Nexthink Adopt can add value.
  • Participate as a speaker in key company events and other marketing-related activities.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders (account teams, marketing teams, and channel teams)
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the Nexthink Adopt solution

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role for a SaaS or product-led enterprise technology in a dynamic and competitive market
  • Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms
  • Proven experience of working with a sales organization and a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals.
  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of new technology into a new market.
  • Business acumen; ability to use business context to generate creative, pragmatic solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to work autonomously with little guidance.
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn Nexthink Adopt products, services, technologies and business quickly.
  • Exemplary written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sense of innovation to define and adapt pre-sales methodologies and tools to customer context and needs
  • Team player, able to thrive in finding solutions in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the DEX space is a plus.

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills.   • The Pre-Sales Systems Engineer is a critical component of the Arista Sales team with the key responsibility of acting as a trusted advisor for our customers and partners to gather requirements and identify opportunities with existing and new customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of networking design and implementation experience with a focus on Data Center, Campus, WI-FI and Security solutions working with Financial Services customers.
  • Strong presentation and selling skills including communication of complex technical material.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of how to build successful relationships between an equipment manufacturer and a customer base of executives, architects, engineers and operations teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer relations skills, and problem management skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure while working to strict deadlines.
  • Experience creating technical material (slides, white papers, battle cards, solution guides, etc)
  • Solid knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Network Overlay and Virtualization is highly desired.
  • Previous experience building network automation using Python and Ansible desired.
  • Network Industry Certification including Arista Cloud Engineer (ACE) level 3-5 desired.

  • Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal
  • Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
  • Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies
  • Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions
  • Proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $198000 - $273000/YR.
